Exciting NEW Development!
We are busy at the farm with more than just harvesting and tending to the gardens. This week we started the High Performance Classroom Project! This is so exciting, I have been envisioning this for years!
The currently open entrance to the main greenhouse will be converted into a 22X48 onsite classroom where I will be teaching experiential workshops on building greenhouses, growing food, and felting. However, it will be SO much more than just a classroom since we will also be offering farm-to-table meals to our students and designing a learning experience that nourishes all the senses.
